Swept the doubleheader…

So we made it through our doubleheader- and it was a great day/night.

The 1st annual Eagleville Taphouse Car Show was a great success. There were dozens of really cool cars that all of us were gawking at. Not sure what some of those car owners do for a living...but lucky them. We were happy to provide the musical backdrop to the event and managed to survive the heat and the intermittent showers. Kudos to Corey and Dom for putting together the event and thanks to them for inviting us to be a part of it.

The night gig at Hattricks was a great way to end the day. We were inside the bar where it was nice and cool- a dramatic change from the heat outside in the afternoon. As usual we brought a sizable contingent of Breaking Curfew fans and there were some new ones as well. Some folks who saw us at the Car Show liked us so much they came out to Hattricks and rocked with us there too! Thanks to Bob and Lauren who worked hard all night keeping the party going with good food and drinks.

Overall it was a great day for us and we had fun playing for so many different people over the course of 7 hours. When it was over though we promised ourselves never to do that again...well never say never.

Next gig is Friday, July 21st, at Cabana Bar- another of our favorite venues. Music starts at 7pm and don't forget to bring your lawn chairs. Let's hope for a rain-free evening.

Until we see you again be safe and healthy and keep on rockin'.
