Standing room only at Marchwwod last night…

Standing room only at Marchwood Tavern last night. As our start time approached people kept pouring in the doors, all looking forward to partying with with us. Lots of energy.

As always, we saw a lot of familiar faces and some new ones. There was dancing and singing all night long; everyone having a good time. We broke out a couple of new (to us) songs and of course played a lot of our "bread and butter" stuff, classic rock songs that everyone loves.

During breaks we have an opportunity to chat with family and friends and also talk with some folks who are new to us. We enjoy all of that. One interaction from last night really stood out. Put this one in the "we love to hear/it never gets old" file. A woman who was sitting with five friends at a table came up to us at break and told us how much she loved our music. She had seen us for the first time at our recent Timothy's gig and loved us so much she checked out our schedule on our website, saw we were playing at Marchwood last night, put it on her calendar, and told friends they have to come with her to see this band called Breaking Curfew. And they did. All had a great time singing and dancing and they stayed through the very last song.

We know scenarios like this occur frequently and that's why our following continues to grow. We never take this for granted though. We know there are many entertainment options on a Saturday night so it means the world to us when people make the choice to come see us. We continue to work hard to put out the best show we can every time we play out and when we see people enjoying themselves it makes it all the more worthwhile (and fun) for us. We are grateful we have this opportunity.

As always, a big shout out to the Marchwood Tavern staff who did yeoman work all night keeping the food and drinks coming. All are professional and personable and they add a lot to the night's festivities.

We're off next weekend but we start a busy stretch for us on March 15th (a Friday!) at Tom's in Royersford. Mark it down.

In the meantime, be safe and healthy and be kind to one another. And, as always, keep on rockin'!
